Some homeowners approach us with their own plans and a lot to build on; others need help with the design of their dream home and finding the land to build it on. Everything is custom, so all the decisions are up to what the homeowner wants to put into the house and this determines the price.

After several meetings with the potential homeowner to acquire a sense of the needs and wants of the new custom home, a bid is made. After the bid is accepted we will have a contract put together and the project will begin. Communication is highly stressed, we like for the homeowner to be involved in the process so we ensure the homeowner is getting exactly what they want.

The length of time it takes to complete a home by Gabay Custom Homes depends of the size of the house, the weather conditions, and provided the homeowner will make decisions in a timely manner.

After a home is built, we provide a one year warranty, but at Gabay Custom Homes we have a great customer service program, we exceed homeowner’s expectations and we help any previous homeowner, just give us a call and we get the problem solved or questions answered.
